Get Debugging Help Now!

We provide a unique set of services targeted at diagnosing and resolving the tough software problems that stubbornly refuse to be fixed. While many other companies propose ripping up hard to fix software and starting from scratch as their first approach, we want to help you preserve your existing investment to the greatest extent possible. In the vast majority of cases, our systematic approach to investigating issues can bring long-standing bugs to a swift resolution. To learn more about our process, see the Distance Debugging FAQ

We offer specific debugging packages to meet common customer needs, but we would are always happy to discuss your software problems free of charge and determine the best way to proceed. For more information about any of these services, contact us.

Our Services

  • Bounty Hunting - We like to fix bugs, especially the hard ones, more than just about anything else. You give us the problem or problems to resolve, we investigate and eliminate them for a fixed price.
  • All-Purpose Tech Support -In addition to fixing specific problems, we can provide, for a monthly fee, our all-purpose tech support service. All-purpose really does mean anything: network failures, programming language questions, design assistance, you name it. This package is ideal for small-to-medium business that don't want to keep a full-time IT person on board, but have ongoing technical needs.
  • Fresh Eyes - Have you been staring at the same problem, maybe for months, and have run out of new ideas and approaches? We'll give you a fresh set of eyes to get your team moving on it once again.
  • Debugging Training - We offer two different day-long courses to help turn your team into expert debuggers. Debugging 201 focuses on intermediate topics of good software practices to aid debugging, how to receive and process bug reports to gather information effectively, and avoiding common pitfalls that waste time and patience. Debugging 301 goes further into advanced topics, including hypothesis testing, team debugging, and basic computer forensics for recovering and reconstructing lost or corrupted data. Sessions are performed at your location, and are targeted at small to medium teams of 2-15 people.
